Whats up everybody!
From now on, the Danish company Out of Bubblegum is gonna take care of my physical training when I’m not riding in the mountains!
They are gonna help me to be ready to ride all the season so I appreciate that !

¿What is Out of Bubblegum?
- Consistency – less is more as long as its consistent, week after week. Highly personalized coaching plan, managed by an experienced senior OOB Coach, who understands the individual needs, both athletic and personal of each athlete
- Progressive Adaption – quality in the work-outs, i.e. shorter and harder efforts rather than long, slow and time-consuming sets. Closely match the athlete´s ability to assimilate the effort and hence, transform this to optimal improvements in fitness.
- Managing improvements – ensuring progress and improvements by conducting functional tests every 4-5 weeks.
- Rest – always respect tiredness and attempt to always train hard on a rested body.
